Arlington Senior Mylee Hadan crushes record

Senior standout Mylee Hadan etched her name into the history books this past week, capturing her 1,000th career dig and shattering the school’s all-time dig record. Hadan’s historic milestone provides a triumphant silver lining for the Eagles, who endured a challenging week on the court with consecutive losses to Raymond Central and DC West.
What makes Hadan’s achievement particularly remarkable is her resilience; she was sidelined for most of last season following major wrist surgery. “I am extremely proud of Mylee and her hard work,” head coach Erin Stosich said. “This is an amazing accomplishment considering she sat out most of last year due to wrist surgery. She has a strong passion for the game and has really stepped up as a leader this year.”
The historic week also coincided with emotional farewells, as the program celebrated Senior Night during its final home game of the regular season. The Eagles honored six departing players from the Class of 2027: Mylee Hadan, Brooklyn Ruskamp, Rylie Kyllo, Rachelle Praus, Lacey Bosshart and Leah Franzluebbers.
The Lady Eagles will look to bounce back and channel that senior leadership into the postseason. They are scheduled to travel to Louisville for the opening round of the conference tournament on Tuesday, Oct. 13. Game time is set for 6 p.m.
